WildWestWiki is a online vault created and maintained as an open collaboration project using a wiki-based adding and editing system. It was originally purposed as a website or repository were information about schools can be found. This later changed to a wiki style website where general purpose information can be created and edited during build when it became apparent a lot more information is still absent from the web.
2.Were did the idea to build WildWestWiki originate?.
The build of the site began one morning as a joke by L.M when he was having a brinday. (BRoken INternet Day - A time span when information you require seems to have disappeared on the web and you wonder if the internet is broken.). This usually begins with a boogle (A situation were google does not return or refuses to return any relevant results for a search). "I was searching for information about Senior High Schools for my sister and there was very little information about them on the web that day and remember am not the average googler. Few weeks after that i found myself coding 'The Vault' later renamed to WildWestWiki"
3. I cant find my Wikis i want to read about. What should i do?
Please use the Search bar to easily find the wikis you want to read or write about. If this fails to return any relevant results, Add a category,or subcategory and Add a new Wiki.If you do not have an account with wildwestwiki, create one and unleash the writer in you.
4. Why do i need an account on Wildwestwiki?
You can only contribute information on our website or edit existing information on the website as a registered user. Registered users who gain good reputation in the community will also be awarded special permissions on the site.
